Breath is the kiss of God.- Yogi Bhajan
Sat Nam everyone. Sending you a high vibin' Monday hello and a fare thee well for a few months. Ya see, what I came to understand back around Thanksgiving time is that an Aries gal + a Piscean boy = a little Leo bebe. This is what the formula looks like below:
Aries Mama + Pisces Papa  =  our little leo bebe
Our sweet lion/ess is due to take a breath on planet earth any moment and this soon to be mommi has consciously taken some time from teaching to figure out the ways of the newborn child. A right of passage I have waited 38 years to explore. Wahe Guru! Holy transformations!
Bebe born + I am born as mother + Matthew born as father = family and from this point forward our ripples reach out into community at large. I can't wait to say, "welcome to planet earth, we love you.. lets give it a go! *sqwish* xoxo"

Ata & Mommi expecting bebe.. xoxo
So, for today... Monday August 9th,2010..
The essence of yoga is about relationship, an ancient science to uplift the spirit and heal mind and body. Literally, yoga means "to yoke", that is, to join yourself to the Infinite.

Formulating and having a child is a beautiful kind of alchemy. What these souls bring transform us with living prayers, sweet amazing grace.
May we open to our own minds, emotions and intuition and a deeper knowledge of ourselves through our spiritual practices.
Not understanding yourself is not understanding the Truth. - Soen-sa
May we live our lives as a prayer experiencing this realm of consciousness in all that is around us as a living prayer.
As the poet John O'Donohue reminds us that prayer is never wasted: It always brings transformation... Prayer refines you so that you may become worthy of your possibility and destiny.
May we step onto the mat or meditation pillow, and go within. Cease the wandering eyes around the room, the judgements of this-n-that, and re-cast your own self image with grace, dignity, prayer and power. After all, as the Chinese proverb goes: Teachers open the door but you must enter by yourself.

May we ask for assistance. Accessing the wisdom of the ancestors. Calling on to Divine Masters-> whatever and whomever you resonate with. We have exited the Piscean Era and are well on our way in through a massive shift into the Aquarian Age. When the going gets tough, ASK. All your resources are available. Drop the ego and ask.

Five Sutras for the Aquarian Age by Yogi Bhajan
1. Recognize that the other person is you.
2. There is a way through every block.
3. When the time is on you, start, and the pressure will be off.
4. Understand through compassion or you will misunderstand the times.
5. Vibrate the Cosmos. The Cosmos shall clear the path.

Go to this link for a few tools you may be able to use through this shift. We must maintain mental, emotional, and physical flexibility. Practice. Practice. Practice...

Galactic Butterfly
This symbol is called the Galactic Butterfly
which is said to represent all of
the consciousness that has ever existed
in this galaxy. This is all of our physical ancestors both human, animal, reptile, fish, shell fish, plants as well as the consciousness which organized all of the raw material from
a whirling disk into stars then planets and solar systems. Big Meaning. Also called, Hunab Ku. The indigenous peoples call it "The Galactic Butterfly". Butterflies are seen
as ancestors returning for a visit to physicality. Wearing one of these symbols is very powerful as it broadcasts your
reaching to actively join the consciousness of our galaxy.
